When we built our house and chose a dog watch fence over a conventional fence little did we know that there were companies who still had passion. Clearly you and Mark have a love of dogs and take personal interest in their safety and well being. When you say you add dogs to the dog watch family, it is clear you mean every word.

I had been living in either an apartment or suburbia for my entire life. When I retired, I purchased a 4 acre property. I didn't want to put up a physical barrier for my 3 dogs, so decided on an invisible fence. My neighbor has one, and he has 2 very large Great Danes. I was truly skeptical and worried. One of my dogs is very prey-driven and dog aggressive. I thought "I'll give this a try, but I will keep the physical fence guys in mind".
Whoa! Shannon and Mark came out, asked questions I hadn't thought about, made suggestions based on their experience and expertise. Then they helped me with initial training on my dogs. I followed their lead and did what they said. The first week was just training on leash with a tone. About a week later, they came back and helped me train by enabling the shock. My dogs picked it up faster than I thought. Once I was comfortable, I let the dogs run free and watched (at first, I let them go with the leash attached, then just let them go). I walked past my barrier into my neighbor's yard to talk with him and pet his dogs, and watched as my 3 dogs sat calmly in my yard watching us. Well, maybe not calmly. I'm sure they were a little ticked, BUT they stayed put.
One of the things Shannon said is that they need to know they can't go everywhere I go. When I walk down my driveway to get my mail, they stay put. I was apprehensive at first, but now I have no qualms about opening the door and letting them run. And they LOVE IT!

We are a 5 dog family. Two great Pyrenees mixes, an Airedale, a Labradoodle and a Heinz 57. I am an animal lover (aka softie) and have never wanted an electric dog fence; however the deer crossing through our property were too much of a temptation for our dogs. Shannon and Mark came out and explained how the fence would work. 18 months ago, we installed a complete circle around our nearly 2 acre property. The owner and dog training they provided was excellent. And in the past 18 months since having the fence, the owners have always made themselves available to answer our questions. We never leave our dogs outside unattended but the fence does work. Our dogs do not wander, and although they may bark at the deer and the people walking and riding their bikes, they do not leave the yard. We highly recommend this product and Mark and Shannon too 🙂

We have had a DogWatch fence for almost (3) years now. Absolutely love it! We have (2) dogs on the fence. It's so nice not having to install a regular fence around the yard. Also, don't have to worry about accidently keeping a gate open and the dogs getting out on the busy roads around us. Great customer service as well! Would highly, highly recommend to anyone considering an underground dog fence!

The hidden fence / collar system has worked flawlessly for over a year now for our feisty and adventurous Mini Schnauzers. Your training approach was humane and effective. You responded quickly to our request to expand the system to include the entire half acre yard area. Your pricing is on par with the competition. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to give Fido outside access while preserving the natural, unfenced look to the yard.

This fence does an amazing job containing our dog who is a notorious runner. I was surprised at how much less expensive this technology is compared to an actual fence, and there is nothing to block our view of the bay. The post-installation support by Mark and Shannon has been steller. The wire has been cut a couple of times during yard work, and they have always been quick to make the repair. Excellent product from an excellent company.
